岗位职责
● 运用Richardson的方法论开发新商机,在指定的区域内帮助客户解决销售绩效提升等相关问题
● 使用Richardson的销售流程和客户管理活动来进行客户拓展与销售
● 充分理解Richardson的版权销售方法
● 诊断并根据潜在客户的销售业务问题,基于Richardson的产品和服务提出相关解决方案
● 与客户谈判并完成合同签订
● 能够有效预测潜在客户和现有客户的信息、活动和销售商机
● Using Richardson methodology in developing new business opportunities that help client to resolve any sales improvement related issues within assigned territory
● Executing Richardson’s sales process and account management activities
● Maintain good knowledge of Richardson sales methodology
● Diagnosing and presenting proposals based upon prospect’s sales situation and Richardson’s relevant capabilities/programs
● Negotiate and secure contracts with clients
● Maintaining a complete forecast of prospect and client information, activities and opportunities
技能要求
● 4年以上B2B销售经验
● 有SaaS、培训销售和或业务咨询领域经验者优先
● 较强的协调能力和顾问式对话能力
● 热情、精力充沛、有活力
● 能够独立完成相关工作
● 能够顺利完成工作任务,并实现客户满意度目标
● 对成为专业的销售人员充满热情
● 拥有相关专业大学本科学历
● 具备中英文读写能力
● 4 + years of successful sale experience in B2B sales
●Experience in the SaaS, training sales and/or business consulting area is preferred
●Strong value justification skills and consultative dialogue skills
● Enthusiastic, high energy, dynamic personality
● Ability to work independently
●Ability to manage assignments to achieve engagements to achieve customer satisfaction target
● Passionate about professionalizing sales
● University Bachelor’s degree in related field
● Ability to read and write in English and Chinese
